Our community of giving has a scope that goes beyond VCU Health. We work closely with three foundations that share a mission of improving health and life.
The Medical College of Virginia Foundation was established in 1949 to inspire and steward the philanthropy that supports the organization’s overall mission, including VCU’s five health sciences schools—Allied Health Professions, Dentistry, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy—and the VCU Massey Cancer Center and VCU Health Medical Center. The MCV Foundation manages donor assets to ensure that VCU Health remains at the forefront of excellence and innovation in patient care, education and research.
Children’s Hospital Foundation
Children’s Hospital Foundation is dedicated to advocating and funding initiatives that improve the quality of health care and the quality of life for the children of our region. The foundation provides support for Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU as well as other pediatric health care programs throughout our community.
Community Memorial Hospital Foundation
VCU Health Community Memorial Hospital is special to the people of Southside Virginia and Northern North Carolina, who came together 1954 to build a hospital to serve the residents of their region. The Community Memorial Hospital Foundation is dedicated to fostering contributions and promoting health care services for the local communities.
